Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including transactions, categories, and insights will be permanently deleted from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the Kibo Mobile App
Launch the Kibo app on your Android device and ensure you're logged into your account.
Navigate to Settings
Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the Settings menu from the main dashboard.
Find Account Settings
Scroll down to find the "Account & Privacy" or "Account Settings" section.
Request Account Deletion
Look for "Delete Account" or "Close Account" option and follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
Confirmation Process
You may be asked to verify your identity and confirm the deletion. This process ensures account security.

Open Kibo AppData Protection & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Upon account deletion:
- All personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days
- Transaction history and financial data will be securely deleted
- Your email will be removed from our mailing lists
- App usage analytics will be anonymized or deleted
