You can delete your Kibo account and everything attached to it from inside the app, or by writing to us if you've lost access.

From inside the app

The fastest way. Your data is gone as soon as the countdown ends, and there is no confirmation email loop.

Open Kibo and go to Profile.

Tap Delete account and confirm.

A 5-second countdown starts. When it ends, your account is deleted. Tap the button during the countdown to keep your account.

If you've lost access to the app or your account, write to us from the email address you signed up with.

What gets deleted.

Gone immediately
  • Your email and account credentials.
  • All expenses, income, categories, budgets and Spaces.
  • Saved places.
  • Subscription and renewal tracking.
  • Push notification tokens.
  • Kibo's access to your Apple ID, if you signed in with Apple.
Within 90 days
  • Encrypted backups in cloud storage, after up to 90 days.
  • Server logs, after up to 30 days, and error reports, after up to 90 days.
  • Anonymous, aggregate usage counters survive. They have no link back to you.
Changed your mind?
You can start over any time. Sign-up takes about 20 seconds, and Kibo will be waiting where you left off, sort of: minus all the data, but that's the point.
